Clients reviews about Lonavala Taxi Service

I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your driver, TUSHAR, during our recent tour of INDIA from 10th of March to 17th of March. From the moment we were picked up, TUSHAR was professional, punctual, and incredibly courteous. Navigating the roads can be stressful, but their calm demeanor and expert driving made us feel safe and relaxed throughout the entire journey. Beyond just driving, TUSHAR went above and beyond by mentioning a specific detail, sharing local history, suggesting a great lunch spot, or keeping the vehicle spotless. It is rare to find such a dedicated professional, and they truly enhanced our overall travel experience. Please ensure this feedback is shared with them and included in their personnel file. We will certainly recommend your services to others based on this experience. Sincerely, Asanga Hapugaskumbura ~ Asanga H

I booked cabs with Lonavala Taxi Services for two days, and I must say the experience was excellent. On the first day, I spoke with Mr. Javed, who is a really kind and genuine person. He offered me the best rates and arranged everything smoothly. For sightseeing, I went with Mr. Akshay, who was very polite, professional, and made the trip very comfortable. On the second day, I traveled with Mr. Javed himself. He is truly a great person—very humble, kind, and helpful. He made the journey enjoyable and stress-free. If anyone is planning to visit Lonavala, I highly recommend choosing Lonavala Taxi Services for sightseeing. They are trustworthy, friendly, and provide the best service. ~ munaf s

We booked Lonavala taxi service for 1 day.Owner Avinash is very nice and humble and he gives correct suggestions. We have booked Ertiga which is completely new and very cleaned. The driver Sunny was just great and covers almost all spots. The most important thing is that he never forced us to go or come quickly. And important thing is about payment advance, Avinash don't even asked me to pay any advance instead I asked him about payment he replied after completing your trip at Hotel you can give. ~ Kamal B

Akshay! He is not just a great driver, but also an amazing guide. He took us to some of the best spots around — including Tiger Point, Bhushi Dam, the famous Chikki shops, and even a chocolate factory. Akshay made the whole trip enjoyable and stress-free with his friendly nature and excellent driving skills. He knew the local areas well and suggested places we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip — ask for Akshay if you want a safe, fun, and memorable journey! ~ Santhosh R

We had asked for a Swift Dzire Vehicle with luggage space from Lonavala Taxi Service for getting dropped at Mumbai near Marine Drive. Finally, the agency had sent an Innova car with the same rate for us. The Innova vehicle was well maintained and the Driver came in time. We had enjoyed the ride from Lonavala to Mumbai. The journey was absolutely smooth and the driver was polite. We wish them success in future. Regards, ~ Sandip R
